The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Orientation is a time to learn more about mindfulness, including the benefits, risks and how this course is structured over the 8 weeks that follow. The session will allow you an opportunity to experience a guided meditation and ask questions about the course and register if you choose. MBSR has consistently be validated by science and has a positive and profound effect on living in the present moment while reducing medical symptoms and psychological distress.
