AFA 2018 Educating America Tour

Health & Wellness/Nutrition

The 2018 Alzheimer’s Foundation of America Educating America Tour features free educational conferences that enable participants to learn about topics such as caregiving strategies and support, communication and safety tips, and research and public policy. Free memory screenings will also be provided at each conference, along with a display of the AFA Quilt to Remember, which pays tribute to all those who have been affected by Alzheimer’s. I also want to take the time to emphasize the fact that this conference is FREE to ALL attendees (of all ages). We will be coming to a city near you, and we would love to have you there. Please see the attached agenda for Nashville, to have a greater understanding of how our conferences are structured. We change topics and speakers every cycle, to keep the information current, relative, and provide more innovative and educational material to conference attendees. All attached documents contain additional information about the organization and the tour, and feel free to navigate the website – Follow this link for event registration: https://alzfdn.org/afa-educating-america-tour/ (Click on the desired city in order to complete the registration form).
