Brooks, RYT-500, is your guide to a connected life. She is a Simple Wellness Coach, has been teaching yoga, mindfulness meditation, life and leadership tools and women’s spirituality for over 20 years, is a Breathwork Wellness Educator and Brave Leaders Recognized by Brene Brown. She has created what she calls “Inspired Mindfulness” and “Awakened Leadership” as her pathways in supporting others to “wake up, slow down and connect” (her personal anthem) to his/her most vibrant life and is enthusiastic to share this with anyone who she may be of support. Please bring your yoga mat, journal, pen and water.
