A Bold Practice for Your Busy Brain: Slow It Down. Stretch It Out. Create Your Life. ? with Jenn Shull

Health & Wellness/Nutrition, Class/Workshop

Do you often feel tired? Overwhelmed? Like you’re sidetracked by your ideas and losing sight of the big picture? If your answer is yes, I’ve got just the practice for you and your busy brain! During our 2 hours together, we will use essential oils, breathe work, meditation, music, and deep stretch yoga to slow you down and shift you into a delicious energy rich state of being. From this place, we will focus on one area of your life you’d like to move forward. Think: something from your endless post-its and notebooks with ideas and lists that you never thought would see the light of day. By the end of our journey, not only will you feel relaxed and recharged, you’ll walk away with a road map designed to support you in getting from point A to point B in the area of your choice. Having a plan laid out makes our dreams more tangible and less scary! Dress in a way that will allow you to be comfortable for the duration of the event. Bring your yoga mat, journal, pen, and water. Jenn Shull, RYT-200, is an ontologically trained life and leadership coach who combines coaching and neuroscience to support her clients in creating breakthroughs in their businesses and lives. Jenn created her business, The Bold Thing, to help you do the things you’re scared to do because you know those are the things that will make you the happiest. The Bold Thing is: a conversation to have, an action to take, a way of life, entrepreneurship and creating breakthrough results. Jenn preaches that in order to thrive not just survive, we need to slow it way down so we can connect inward. Once we get to that place and have someone ask the right questions and give the appropriate cues, we are able to create from a place of ease, flow, and authenticity. Investment: $35 Early bird $30
