GWAR stands for God What an Awful Racket. Formed in 1985, the Richmond, Virginia group is larger in both size and sound, thrash metal's answer to the more mainstream satire of Spinal Tap. Gory, sexually perverse, and scatological in the extreme, you have to see this theatrical metal band to believe it.

David Cross

Stand Up Comedy

Irreverent comedian and social commentator David Cross has maintained a relatively low celebrity profile while at the same time working consistently in TV, film, and the live performance circuit, endearing himself to legions of fans. His smart and fearless comedy style is marked by a simultaneous honesty and cynicism that kind of goes beyond satire to somewhere else. His solo work tends to focus on topics of religion, politics, and a total refusal to skirt around any issue. Characterized by his small frame, bald head, and black glasses, his major career accomplishment has been as one-half of the HBO series 'Mr. Show with Bob and David.' Born in Atlanta, GA, he went to college in Boston and started doing stand-up comedy before moving out to Los Angeles. He met Bob Odenkirk while working as a writer for 'The Ben Stiller Show' on HBO and the two joined forces to create the unique sketch comedy series 'Mr. Show' in 1995. With Odenkirk and Cross as the original funders, writers, actors, and executive producers, the show was nominated for several Emmy awards and eventually ended in 1998.

Car Seat Headrest

Car Seat Headrest is Will Toledo, who as a teenager in Virginia started recording his own music on a laptop in his family's car. He uploaded a bunch of his pop songs to Bandcamp in 2010. They didn't go anywhere, but as he experimented with electronic insertions and distortions, his self-produced albums attracted the notice of a pop music critic for The New Yorker magazine, who described Toledo as an "oldies-obsessed pop prodigy perfecting his Beatles and Beach Boys melodies, mostly playing all the instruments himself." Now a fully fledged adult, Toledo has a band and has released an album's worth of material under the Matador label, "Teens of Style." His first studio album, "Teens of Denial," was released in 2016.

Riley Green

If Riley Green isn't strumming a six-string and singing, chances are you'll find him dropping a line in the Ohatchee River, deep sea fishing in Orange Beach, AL, turkey hunting at his primitive camp in Arkansas, or deer hunting at his "Back 40 Bash" property. For this 6-foot-4, blue-eyed, country crooner from Jacksonville, AL, it's not just a "Country State of Mind" - it's a lifestyle. Green has achieved an incredible amount of success for someone doing it all on their own. He has released three EP's, stars in two TV shows (Winner of "Redneck Island" on CMT and his very own hunting show on DirtRoadTV), thousands of social media fans/followers, and has played across the Southeast for the last five years to hordes of music lovers singing the words of his Alabama anthem ("Bury Me In Dixie") back to him.
